4. How long we keep information
Mailing information will be captured until the individual withdraws their consent, e.g. unsubscribes from the mailing list. Personal details supplied to book a tour will be kept for up to three months after the tour date. We do not share information with any third-parties (bar the listed data processors)
5. Data processors
Ticket Tailor This data processor does the following activities for us: They allow individuals to book tickets for events and pay for their tickets via a recognised payment services, e.g. Square, Stripe or Paypal.
Mailchimp This data processor does the following activities for us: They store our mailing lists, send our email marketing and allow us to stay in line with UK GDPR legislation.
